Känner någon till en bok eller sajt med en större bild på porträttet av Margareta Leijonhufvud än vad som finns på wikipedia och på Nationalmuseums sajt? Jag behöver kunna se vad som egentligen händer på livet på hennes klänning.

Chick peas built this fat body. Or possibly not, there's quite a lot of other foods that helped too, but chick peas are so incredibly yummy. Today in the form of chick pea patties with onions, garlic, cumin seed, coriander, pepper, salt, marjoram and just a little flour to keep them together. With this I had a salad of cabbage, carrots and roasted sunflower seeds with a little oil and salt.

Having looked at a larger version of the Margareta Leijonhufvud portrait I see that the coming months will consist of little else than sewing fake pearls on garments. I don't have to since I'm not making a copy, but just to get a similar look requires quite a lot of them. I am currently sewing 4 millimetre plastic pearls along the edges of all the panes on the puff sleeves.

But I won't put on more after that until after I've made the kirtle and shirt, because if I do I may never be able to wear any of it.
