Phew, finished skirt!

Despite my sewing machine being broken I have (almost) finished the skirt I plan to wear to Tip the Velvet on Saturday. herzeloyde let me use hers on Sunday and yesterday, so all that remains to be done is to sew down the waistband by hand on the inside.

This is not how I'm going to wear it at the party, I'll wear my red velvet corset with matching ruffle at the top, but I might wear it this way in the summer, though probably not with black tights.
BTW, I think I'm in love with ric-rac trim, I want to put it on everything!
