Accomplishments

I have started on the shoes and cut my husbands hair. I've also been to aqua aerobics, finished the swedish summary and started on the translation to english.
The shoes need some hand sewing before I can do the final machine assembling. The edge of the opening in the shoes will be overcast with linen thread and then I will rub them with shoe grease to hide the fact that the thread is white and the leather a warm brown (it's vegetable tanned elk hide).

Yet again proof that we are the same person in two bodies: I also cut my husband's hair. I do a better job than the inexpensive hair cutting storefront shops, and almost as good a job as our fancy-schmancy celebrity hair designer. Either way, he gets what he wants from the haircut rather than what the stylist wants.
