Too fat for my dress

So I need to loose weight. I can still get into my Anthonis Mor dress.

But it's not exactly comfortable. And that is my absolute favourite dress and I've only worn it to two events.

I think I weighed about 4 kilos less when I made the dress, but any weight loss will of course help. So, more vegetables, less pasta/rice and no seconds. Nylöse is arranging Nordrike's Riksdag (AGM) on the 14th of april. My plan is that it should fit me better and that I will wear it then.

That is a beautiful dress!! And you look lovely in that photo, too. :)

i get the motivation. The dress is too awsome to just hang there.

That is such an awesome dress; it deserves to be seen more! :)

I love it, I want to look like that.

That's gorgeous! It looks good on you!

Mor has some nifty portraits. The ones that blow my mind are of the coifs -- you know the ones that look like the cap under the attifet (and I'll apologise right now, millinary is probably the one thing that I'm most clueless about!) is needle-lace or *something*

I understand completely. I was going to wear my Jacobean jacket to Yule, but couldn't get into my corset. :( It's my favorite piece of garb to date.

Fingers crossed!

I confess, I love the hat more. Can you still wear it, now that you have your PhD? Has your head swelled too much? ;>

Seriously though, that dress is too fabulous an accessory to that hat for you not to be able to wear it any more. Perhaps you should go on a few long walking trips to go fabric shopping. ;>
