I haven't listened to this in a long time

partly due to all my albums being on vinyl, partly beacuse I have changed musical taste since my teens, but right now I'm listening to Iron Maiden and I just want to state that "The Trooper" is still awesome!

Actually from the collection "Edward the Great". "Piece of Mind" is on vinyl and while we do have a record player it's more fuss to use it.
But I probably have to soon, because I think "Piece of mind" is the best of their albums (before 1990, don't know much after that).

They did have a great run of albums in the early-mid 80's, especially "Number of the Beast", "Piece of Mind" and "Powerslave". The "Live after Death" double cd from that period is really good too, and worth checking out.

Their last three albums with the six man lineup are quite good. One song you might like is "Dance of Death", its a pretty good ghost story, especially the live video from youtube.
