Different social class and 600 years will do that. Interestingly, the high class personas have the most problems. I was talking to Master Arenvalt, and teased him about the fact that he must be a horrible master, since he had been unable to find one single servant who would stay with his household, never mind the half dozen or so he would have been expected to have with him even when *roughing* it in a camp.
