Ouch!

I went to the swimming hall with Maja, my sister, brother-in-law and little niece yesterday. It was nice, but today I'm paying the price: my hip and lower back hurt like hell and so do my hands, who also refuse to co-operate in general; making for example typing correctly very hard.

Its a good thing I don't start work until 12.30, but I feel that that time will come entirely too early.
