Of course I found out, after finishing every seam on the kirtle that it was too loose in the bodice. Some ripping and resewing later I hope it will fit better. The photos are, however, taken before this. I'm also wearing the wrong smock, no headwear etc. But it looks promising.

I have no idea what it looks like close up, but the drape is wonderful and the colors are delicious!
