Things that may happen

I'm currently changing music on my mp3-player. Normally I occasionally remove an album or two and add something new, but now I cleared away almost everything (kept a couple of songs with "The Alarm" and a collection of 70s punk) and added more punk and indie from the 70s and 80s (and some NWOBHM). If you do this by choosing artists (and sometimes albums) and not individual songs you will one day stand (or walk) there, hearing "Overpowered by funk" and think WTF??!

So what are some of the artists and songs you're listening to right now?

The Clash (obviously, since that's where "Overpowered by funk" comes from), New Order, The Smiths, the Pixies, the Pogues, swedish punk bands KSMB and Ebba Grön and singer/songwriters Kajsa&Malena, a few songs with Sex Pistols (I only have their records on vinyl), a couple of songs with X-Ray Spex, Sham 69, The Damned etc from a collection, Billy Bragg, Wild Swans, Half Man Half Biscuit, Orange Juice etc from other collections. Plus "unbelievable" with EMF, because it's such a great song. From the NWOMBH I have "British Steel" with Judas Priest and "Number of the beast" and "Piece of mind" with Iron Maiden on the player right now.
