Better habits/obsession is obviously easy to get
At least if you have the combination of general enthusiasm and a wish to be "good" that I have. I started out with the goal of going to the gym twice a week, two weeks ago. My new goal is every other day, and I can already feel the temptation to do it every day!
That would take valuable time from crafting and reading though, so at least not now.
I have finally got more yarn for the stockings that I am knitting for my friend Alfhild for her support during my time as baroness. I am 80 % finished on the first one, but they have to be finished on the 16th, so knitting is what I'll do in my spare time.
I also have a scroll to make, but it's almost finished.

I wish I had the capability to enjoy doing physical exercise. That endorphin rush everyone keeps talking about? Never happens to me. The positive mental effects of exercise? Not so as you'd notice, no... Losing weight by running or walking a lot? Nope! I still understand that it might have some good effects that are not immediately noticeable to me, but when your problem is motivation, those things mentioned above would certainly be helpful to have.
