Tambour needle

Does anybody know where to get a tambour needle? I need one for the scarf to my folk costume.

no (but I just found both a needle and an embroidery frame in a drawer at my mum's place and have started ambroidering )

A lady at a craft shop said that she learned it with a really small crochet needle when I was out to buy one.

There is a company in the US that sells them, called Lacis. Here's a link to their web page:

I don't know of any other place...but you might try a search on the British search engine, Mirago. Maybe you could find a supplier a little closer to home.

Hope this helps!
