My daughter the lace-maker

Yesterday Vendela came home with ca 6 inches of bobbin lace she had made herself in school. It was pretty good actually, I'm very impressed.

That is fantastic that she learns this in school. Here in Denmark there has ben quite an interrest for bobbin lace making at nightschools. This year there is a big festival in Tønder in South Jutland, where there used to be an industry of bobbin lace. Its called Tønder Festival. Many workshops is taking place, and people from all Europe comes to join.
So i guess your daughter got hooked on it right?
