A sunday

This far it has been a pleasant and somewhat productive sunday. I'm in quite a lot of pain though, but what can one do? The only choice is to survive and keep going. Having [livejournal.com profile] herzeloyde her for half the day certainly made it better. We watched Grease and Dirty dancing (latest finds from the box with cheap DVDs at the supermarket where Rickard works) while she knitted and I hemmed the 4,5 metres of hem on the dress I plan to wear to my sister's wedding party. Then She worked on a pattern for a jacket and I on a pattern for the bodice for said dress. I have also made Maja try on her linen dress for the wedding and it fit all right, so now I can hem it and start on the wool over tunic (it's not a medieval themed wedding but the kids will have medieval-ish clothes).

I made too much frumenty for dinner yesterday, so I decide to make bread and mix it in. We're waiting for it to rise and then Maja and I will make bread together and cook dinner. Rickard won't be home until 7.45 pm, a time when I will be very tired indeed.

Your sister is getting married?
I seem to remember you mentioning you have two, if it's the one I've met please pass on congratulations from me. :) You could still do it if it's the one I've not met but she might think it strange. :D

It's the one you've met. The other one doesn't live here and very few of my friends have met her. Since she's engaged to a very nice guy (from Sundsvall actually) it's likely she'll get married soon too, but not this time.
