The ones I really like are the clear plastic ones. However, if you want white ones, and all you can get are silver ones (once you get to the shop) you can very effectively spray-paint them with a paint designed for metal. The brand here in the U.S. would be Rustoleum.

Of course, that means planning far enough ahead that you aren't needing them Right Now.
