The prettiest Lucia

Of course it isn't Lucia until Sunday, but since preschool (of course) is closed then they had their Lucia celebration today.

We just read the chapter in Dorothy Morrison's book _Yule_ where it describes holiday customs in countries other than the USA. When we got to the section about Sweden, it discusses St. Lucia Day, and I was pleased to show my 11 daughter your sweet picture of Maja!
