mystery material of the day

An example of gothic/german hand writing from 1603.

The first words are fiolenn bruun (purple, the modern colour, not royal purple), then two mystery words, which (probably) is the material, followed by kiortil (gown).

Gosh, that's pretty script but I can't decipher half those letters you're seeing. They all look like "n" to me.

The second mystery word looks like "kesz", and "sz" = ss therefore "kess", which is used to describe clothing as "jaunty" (according to dict.cc).

Is there a Swedish equivalent for rash (Arras) fabric - or sheared rash? But honestly I think I might see Swartz Katz - could it be furred with black cat fur?
