Yesterday was the Eurovision Song Contest final (Denmark won with a meh song) and the best definitely was this half time entertainment by hostess and comedian Petra Mede. It tells you how we Swedes really are - in musical form.

Ok, I finally watched the whole thing (long) and it's great! So you'd agree with the gist of that? I loved the part with the Ikea. The soldiers part was funny too (though not Petra). Actually the whole thing was pretty brilliant, well executed too. :-)

That was rather interesting and pretty amusing. So is she Swedish and poking fun at her fellow Swedes? I always find it interesting to see what cultures find funny about themselves and how they express that.
