Reproductions of 15th century printed linen
I just got an e-mail from acquaintance from way back. She has set up a company which reproduces printed textiles from the Middle Ages. Look! It's the first fabric which is an exact reproduction of the lining of a 15th century antependium. Another 15th century fabric, from inside a chasuble will soon be in production too. The fabrics are now only sold in a few museum shops, but she is looking for new sellers - it is not impossible that non swedes can work something out with them if they contact her.

I'm going to admit ignorance, and ask what a antependium and chasuble are?

If you don't mind, can I send it onto an Australian Living History yahoo group? There are quite a few groups here who do 15th Cen who may be interested.
Either that or they can gnaw their livers in jealosy.

She doesn't mention prices on her website. Is this because it's only sold though the revendors?
