Poppadums

Last Wednesday I decided to try out a new for me recipe with paneer. Because I hav now found a source for ready-made paneer. So I made kadhai paneer (mattar paneer is otherwise my favourite). But I needed fenugreek powder for that, so I had to go to an Indian store in another part of town. And when I was there i could just as well buy some pakora mix (I always used to make my own pakora batter) and some green chilli poppadums.

So tonight, when I'm tired and possibly still a little hung over after wild Lammas partying yesterday, it was just perfect to fry some poppadums. Yum!

Please tell me your source for paneer. I hope that it is one that is generally available in Sweden, and thus obtainable in Luleå, but I fear that it won't be. Granted one can use the Finnish Leipajuustuo (coffee cheese), but it isn't the same, and I don't always have the motivation to make my own paneer, even if it isn't hard.
