Loving is better than drugs
Jul. 20th, 2005 11:34 amSex makes me so happy. Okay, that should be obvious maybe, but still, I don't know if everybody feels so intensely happy the day after having sex. I'm just so happy and grateful that he loves me, that I love him, that he wants to have sex with me and that it's so good. It's like a constant buzzing happy feeling that makes me smile all the time and generally feel so GOOD.
Even if my body hurts lots and I couldn't sleep until after two because I was hurting so much in my shoulders, arms and hips that I couldn't lie down but had to get up and sit and read for half an hour. And that's even after taking paracetamol and ibuprofen, which I take very seldom since it goes over to the milk and they don't know the effect. Usually it has a good effect on the inflammatory activity though, so sometimes I have to. But tonight it didn't help at all.
It hurts lots today too, but I'm still filled with this warm, fuzzy happiness.

Date: 2005-07-20 10:58 am (UTC)It is a "recreational activity" I've always been very interested in, so I can't imagine what it would be like not feeling like this.

Reindeer steak, presumably.

Although you know they are just stereotypes they are so deep ingrained in our culture you can't help being affected by them.
For now Rickard and I are as much (or little, we have a child that wakes us several tiems in the night) interested, but usually it's me. But now I know that he loves me anyway, even when he doesn't want to have sex, which I think wasn't sure about before (before the last three years or so).
