My article
Dec. 17th, 2003 10:58 pmI've almost finished my article. I have to translate the last part of the english summary and then read through the whole text and do some changes. But all the parts that are supposed to be there are finished and I've rewritten some sections. it has to be finished tomorrow, or at the very latest before 11 am on friday, because that's my last day at work before my christmas holiday and I have to give the article to the professor of medieval history and another of the doctors to get their opinions before I send it to the journal.
I feel a little bad about giving them a paper to read during christmas, but it's only 11 pages or something like that so it won't be that hard on them. They didn't complain anyway.
Then we will have a meeting and discuss the article in the beginning of January so I'll have a week to make whatever changes they suggest. And then, finally, I can send it to "Historisk Tidskrift" so that their editors can review it before it's accepted.
It's a very long process getting something published in a scientific journal, even a national one.
