So, I can't fall asleep because it hurts too much in the lower part of my belly. The contractions I get when standing up are stronger too, but not very frequent. I wish I could remember more from last time. I just know that I have been trying to sleep for three hours now and it hurts too much. It's 2.40 in the morning but I might take the risk of offending my neighbours by running a bath this late anyway. It might help.
Rickard is asleep and I won't wake him for a while yet. Unlike me he didn't have both a morning nap and an afternoon/evening nap.
I just wish I knew. It hurts way too much to sleep, but not enough to be sure.

Apparently this wasn't it.
After taking that bath at 3.30 and some painkillers for my tooth/ear/head-ache, which joined forces with the pain in my belly, everything finally calmed down around 5 o'clock and I could sleep at least two hours.
Now I'm awake of course and my mom will come and visit me soon. Oh, I wish I could get some sleep.

My mother hadn't slept either so she didn't come after all. So my husband and I went down to the centre of town just so that I could get some entertainment/distraction (and some spray paint for his miniatures, he's doing a Bretonnian army for Warhammer fantasy battle right now. Cool knights). I bought some linen to make a new high necked smock for me, since the one I had was cut in a non-period way, in cotton batiste and worn. Tomorrow I will be able to pre-wash the linen and then I can start sewing it, I got some more linen thread too.
