I can't work today

I probably slept c. 4 hours this night (for various reasons, not all bad). I can't concentrate when I've slept this little. I'm supposed to be working, I have three different things I could do:
Start on the new chapter on clothing and social distinctions
Work on the paper about clothing as social sign for the Fashion conference In Copenhagen in October
Study and make notes for a class I'm having on Countryside and Town in the middle Ages on the 19th.

But all I can think of is that I want to make a new french hood.
