I am home with a cold today. I may look more at the summary later today, but I doubt it. Right now I want tea, sleep and sewing. I talked to my mentor and we're going to meet either tomorrow or on thursday to discuss the finished manuscript. He said it wasn't much, but that he wanted to read chapter three again.

The hood is finished

It's a little on the tight side, but 13th century hoods were very small and narrow.

Lookee! Socks for the devoted HP fan. Or, if you prefer cotton and all striped they also have really comfy knee highs in red and gold. Not exactly sang, which I assume is the colour intended in the Gryffindor arms, but close enough. I may get the first of these; I'm really a Ravenclaw, but blue and bronze isn't a combination I would wear on socks.
