Squeee!

OMG, I was lazy and didn't check out tailordrews' link immediately, so didn't realize that the national museum in Denmark had put up photos of all the clothing in the Moden-books. Including the orange knitted regency dress. The colour was a little disappointment for me though, there was only a b/w photo in the book so I envisioned something in a strong, obnoxious orange and not this nice colour.

The sunrise two days ago

It's taken through our living room window, which covers most of the eastern wall of the room. This is also where we have breakfast and where the main computer is, so I get to see quite a lot of beautiful sunrises. I LOVE dawn.

I need an event to wear this to

My dark greyish green velvet 15th century gown now fits me again. Now I just need somewhere to wear it too (and a supportive cotte in wool to wear under it, my old ones are long ago sold). I had forgotten how good it looks on. Unfortunately you can't see it on me, I can't take photos of myself. But I put it on Sophy ( so that you can see )
