A lousy New year's

I'm too ill to go anywhere, or even to socialize for longer periods, so the family had to go without me to herzeloyde for our planned New Year's dinner and party.
That sucks, but I'm actually too tired to really care.

A good movie choice

I decided to give up on the critically acclaimed The Producers (from 1968) and watch Kinky Boots instead., even though it was direct to DVD in Sweden and had no rating in the paper's TV-guide. A good choice - it's much more interesting and entertaining.

I just realized

This will be the first time for eleven years that I'm not together with Rickard as the clock strikes twelve on New Year's Eve. We always toast each other and think about the good time we've had and the good times in front of us - I hope this isn't a bad omen.
