Worse

I woke with so much pain in my neck and shoulder area that I had to start the day with tramadol and hardly can sit up. This is the only thing I'll do on the computer today.

A silver lining

Despite pain and some family worries there are some very good things in my life - like the fact that I am required to read Patterns of Fashion 4 and Dress at the court of king Henry VIII for my job.
