Fat and ugly

Feeling fat and ugly today. It may be related to the "hippopotamus incident" or to the fact that I got my period yesterday. But it is how I feel.

It's not the body that counts anyway

Having returned from sending the radio show and had lunch I feel much better about myself, especially since I will be able to squeeze in a little meditation before husband and children come home.
