Better

At least this far. Maybe the three doses of antibiotics I've had this far has helped or maybe it's okay in the morning just to be totally unbearable in the afternoon/evening, just like yesterday. Then I had to take two tramadol, which I really shouldn't and still it didn't help until I also lay down on this:



The combination of drugs and the release of endorphins finally made it possible to sleep.
