I want to sew.

I don't want to work on my lecture on changing body ideals around 1500. I want to sew. But ideally I should finish preparing that lecture tomorrow, so that I don't have to work during my holidays. It won't happen of course, but I ought to get something done on it.

A sleeveless blouse

Again, as a treat for all the sewing of medieval and 16th century garments for the kids I made myself a blouse today (I started on Monday, but since then I've been busy working and drinking). It's so nice with a fun, quick and mostly machine sewn garment once in a while.
