Stockholm today

Today and tomorrow there's a workshop in Stockholm, organized by the EU financed research programme/network "Fashioning the early modern". For some reason I haven't been invited to join the Swedish group, despite the fact that I have a three year research grant for a project well within the scope of the programme's topic. But I did ask if I could come to one of the workshops and I'm going and hopefully make useful connections. And meet interesting people. It will however, all start tonight with beers (probably) and Irish folk music over at my friend Annaa's place, where I'm staying the night.

And now I have to leave for the train.
