I am slowly recovering from my wisdom tooth extraction and infection. Yesterday I managed to make a skirt, which ought to be a sign that I am on my way to full recovery. But it is going slowly and I still ned a tramadol to be able to sleep, which makes me drowsy durign the day. The infection in the mouth also triggered my joints, so I have more pain there than for a while.
This is Rickard's work weekend ( he works every otehr weekend) so Maja and I spend most of the time alone. Or, normally we do. Yesterday was her eight birthday, so after Rickard was home from work (he "only" works 8 1/2 hours on Saturdays) we had the neighbours over and Vendela and Valeria brought their little half sister on their father's side and we all had ice-cream cake. My mum and her boyfriend and my sister and her family were here on Friday.
Today Maja and I are going to take the bus to Toys'r'us and spend some of her birthday money. If I'm lucky she will let me take the bus to a fabric store called "Stoff & Stil" also, though it is a bit tricky to get there by bus.
On wednesday we're going to the biggest SCA event in Sweden, maybe even in Drachenwald: Double Wars, which is a nine day camping event. It has been around for 25 years, but for some reason I have never attended. it's me, Valeria and Maja and we're going down by train. Then on Friday afternoon Rickard will drive down after he's stopped working and we'll have the weekend together there. I know that it will be fun, but right now I'm mostly stressed about it.
