It's snowing and snowing and it looks absolutely wonderful outside. It's windy though so it's not pleasant to be outside. There's supposed to be a snow storm tonight. I am going to go out and dance with my friends Annika and Inger tonight so I will have to bring my small back pack to put thicker leggings, winter shoes and a wool sweater in. Usually I don't have even a hand bag, but it is likely that the public transport will be affected by the snowing so that we will have to walk home and possibly also there and I don't want to dance in winter boots _or_ walk home in dancing shoes.
I'm wearing my wool m40s now (with a garter belt to keep them up) and they are wonderful. Wool underpants with short legs also helps.

They even work with garter belts with plastic clasps even though it's a little tricky. The M40s needs large metal clasps.

Date: 2005-12-29 02:26 pm (UTC)If things get stuck in customs it takes another week or two for them to reach you. The cost of taxes plus handling charge etc worked out at about twelve or thirteen quid, from memory, on my order.
The tax threshold is package value of 18 or over, which works out at around $30. So if your order is under that no probs. Worth putting in the comments section of your order that you want Sock Dreams to mark your package with the cost of the goods not the goods plus postage. They did the second to me, which meant I paid taxes on the shipping, too. Not amused.
