Maja stole my sewing silk when I was hemming the sleeves of the smock for the Tudor gown (and watching Top Model). I didn't think of it much until I needed more thread and asked Rickard if he had seen a spool of sewing thread that Maja had. She did go into the bed room and opened the sewing cabinet he said. So I went there and opened the cabinet and there it was; just where I keep my sewing thread. She's such a good little helper.

This reminds me of my niece, who has a very good notion of where everything is supposed to go, and if you don't put it there immediately after you've used it, she makes sure you know about it. :)

Son, in that age, would have carfully unwound the spool. In fact he did.
