I make lists of unfinished projects and whjat still needs to be done on each, and by when (if there's a deadline for any of them).
Mostly, I come across the lists when I'm leafing through that notebook (I have loads of notebooks on the go at a time 'cos I start a new one if I can't find an exisitng one then find the exisiting ones) weeks or months later and then cross out the stuff I've done, or try not to sob when I realize I haven't done anything on any of them and have several more unfinished projects to add to the list.
I think my main problem is the inability to get back to projects that have been interupted (if a more urgent deadline rears it's head, for example) and put aside. I've been known to start and finish entirely new outfits just as a way of avoiding working on an interupted one.
