I am so pissed off!

Five minutes before my lecture was scheduled to end, at one o'clock, this 50-60-ish man walks in the auditorium. It's not so strange and wasn't disturbing me so I continued wrapping up my lecture. Three minutes before one he just cuts in and tells me that I have to stop immediately, since his lecture is about to start and he needs the preparation time. I point to the clock on the wall and tells him that it's three minutes left and he says that his clock is one so I just have to stop. I pointed out that I followed the university's clock but he just told me to shut up. Well, not in those exact words, but about as rude.
I was chocked and angry so I just said that "Okay, then we're missing the final two sentences" took off the microphone and locked it in the cupboard and left.
But now I'm so angry! His lecture doesn't start until 13.15 and even if he needed the preparation time I had the right to continue until my lecture ended.
And I'm so angry because he NEVER would have treated a male teacher that way, never!
And I just want to confront him about this, but since he's teaching for another three hours it's not practical, I'm not going to lay in wait for him when he finish. I may write a note to his department, but I don't know what good that would do.
