health update

frualeydisI slept well, but with some really weird dreams involving the swedish band Sator. The morning wasn't good, my back still hurt like %&#ยค as soon as I tried sitting down for more than 10 minutes and I felt feverish and very weak. But I took another 800 mg of ibuprofen and after a while I got better. herzeloyde came over for a couple of hours and that made me feel better too.
I even managed to cook dinner. But I don't have the energy to sew anything and still feel like I have a temperature. And I must get much better next week if I am to make all the changes I need to make in my grant application.
