silk wrapped buttons

frualeydisI made my first silk-wrapped button today. It turned out pretty enough, but took me at least forty minutes to make. And since Rickard will wear this doublet maybe once every year, if I'm lucky, I don't think it's worth it. Especially not since I have to make both pants and hat before next saturday.
