Now I "just" need to sew it to the roof. I love handling tens of metres of heavy canvas.

I remember doing that kind of thing with a Berber tent. We set the sewing machine up out in the middle of the lawn with a very long extension cord for power and one of us sat there, one helped feed the fabric into the machine and one stood at the other side drawing it back as it came out of the machine.

Wow, that looks great! Stunning in a good way. But yeah 10 m of heavy fabric has gotta be unweildy.

I guess it's actually 20 metres in the roof. It's a littel over 50 metres in the whole pavilion.
