I have been reasonably productive today, working on a lecture on church and society in the Middle Ages. But now I'm too tired to continue, so I will lie down and read some in A history of the medieval church by Margaret Deanesly. It's not new, it belonged to my husband before we met, but I think it can still be useful.
Later in the afternoon
bippimalin will come, and show me her silk petticoat and not-yet-finished stays for her lilac venetian gown. It's her journeywoman's test for the Tailor's guild and I want to put up some in-progress photos on the web site.
And even later IFK is playing, an away game in Halmstad, a couple of hours south of Göteborg. They're showing it on the telly, but on a channel we don't have. Sometimes we go to a pub to look at the game then, while twins take care of Maja. Tonight it doesn't start until 8 pm, however, so it's too late for a school night. So I will be home and listen to the radio.
