We've been to the ridign school with Vendela and I'm slowly getting warm again. I'm still wearing jeans indoor though, which is a sign that I got really chilled, because our flat is so warm that I usually just wear a dress os top and skirt.
I have made the marzipan, which now needs to divided into pieces and coloured, I think the kids will have to to the sculpting by themselves this year. I am going to start with "knäck", a swedish kind of toffee with almonds, now and then chocolate fudge. We also need to clean the living room and Maja's room, because soon my stepdad will come with the christmas trees.
Tomorrow we do laundry and more cleaning.

Yep: 100 grams of almonds + 8 bitter almonds (the poisonous ones) are blanched and ground, twice. One cup thick cream and one cup wheat flour are mixed well and boiled together until the mixture thickens and changes colour. This is very obvious when i thappens. Let teh cream/wheat-mix cool a little before mixing in the ground almonds thouroughly. Then you add about one kilo of powdered sugar. It's hard mixing it together, but it's worth it.
