A relieved sigh
Jan. 4th, 2008 09:47 amI am very grateful to Folkuniversitetet, the place were I tech fashion history, for being so flexible. I was going to teach there on the 21st and 28th of January (19th c fashion and 1900-1930 fashion) but yesterday I got to know that the university had booked me for two lectures at the exact same time. And the university is big and there are troubles with booking lecture rooms etc so it is very hard to change things.
But now there are no worries. I also got to know yesterday what lectures I'm giving at the programme called "Scandinavian studies" which is multi-discipline thing where history only is a part. It will be Between Heaven and Hell - Church, people and state in the middle ages and Everyday life in town and country in the Middle Ages. (This is btw a quick translation of swedish titles, any help to make them more grammatically or idiomatically correct are appreciated.)
