Look! [livejournal.com profile] armillary is wearing the velvet doublet with gold cord I made for him in 2001. He hardly ever wears it, because he thinks it's too flashy, but I think he looks lovely in it.
He's also apparently cut his hair.

Very pretty. He should wear that more often (to events at least, real life may find it a bit odd).

I don't think I've ever seen him with short hair - I will have to demand a picture, since I probably won't see him in ages.

Looks great! It's not too flashy. In that photo, it comes across as pinstripes and no more ostentatious than a pinstriped business suit.

You looked magnificent and just right! That green double with gold cord is understated in the best sort of way. It's the beautiful materials that make it fabulous. With the sidesword as well it was perfect.
