Medieval-ish shoes

OK, everyone I know has real hand made turnshoes with their medieval clothes, but if you for some reason don't want or can't get or make a pair these look like a pretty good substitute:



They're made by Crane and I found them here.

They may be a good purchase if you need shoes with a little more structure or a hardier sole.

Those were really nice! I treasure my handmade shoes and don't like wearing them out on the Visby market every year. A perfect alternative!

well, you do know me, and i 've never had a pair of "real" shoes to my clothing! sad, but true. i hope to remedy that some day soon. :_)
