I shan't say that there's an infinte amount of bare, cleared floor in our flat, but it is certainly much more than what's covered by carpets - so why must the cat always puke on the carpets?
And another thing: why must he only do this when I'm alone at home, so that it becomes my job to take care of it?

Mine left me a welcome puke on the wooden floor, like the well-brought up cats that they are. It was still fresh when I got home.

I don't know, but one of mine just did the same thing.

It appears to be the cat puke day!

I think it's becuase they can sort of brace themselves more easily on a rug or carpet. Be thankful it wasn't the bed.
