A friend of mine just sent me this link. It's from the big tournament in Visby. It was damn hot I can tell you. There is also another picture of me, Maja, Arnaud, Ingeborg and my friend the medieval history professor Dick Harrison walking around in the camp.
Anyway, we came back late last night and tonight we have washed 8 full machines of dirty laundry. Now I'm off to bed, more reports later.

Ya'll look so great! So is the baby sling comfortable? Does Maja like riding in it? I'm fascinated by that thing.

I wrap it as it is shown under the headline "lindat kryss" at this web site (http://www.algonet.se/~c-f/kryssk.htm). Maja loves riding it, even when it's really hot. usually she falls asleep after a while.

I checked the website and it wasn't as informative as I thought, if you don't know swedish. After putting the baby in as on picture two you cross the hanging ends of the fabric under the baby's butt and legs and tie it in the back. She/he should sit with bent knees and the legs wide apart. The fabric is 5,6 metres long and 60 cm wide and a hand woven cotton twill.
