Wow!

There's a really powerful thunderstorm right above us. It started with lightning and loud cracks of thunder and then the world turned grey outside, from all the rain. Now it's dark and the centre has moved a little, but the lightnings still light up the whole neighbourhood.

Over where I live we had a really strange light just as the thunderstorm started. It's like the entire world was radiating pink light. Must have been the last rays of the setting sun that reflected off the clouds.

It coincided with watching Dr Who for us, just as some big space alien thingy started shooting lightning-bolts all over London. Them special-effects guys really outdid themselves on that episode.
