I made a skirt today

Obviously inspired by Alexander McQueen's fall collection.







I need to make a buttonhole an sew the button, but otherwise it is finished. I love having a supply of zippers in the colours I use most at home.

Man hittar dem på catalog.se, här (http://www.ellos.se/DetailPages/DetailPage.aspx?categoryid=9679&productId=185581&SellingFlag=SearchText&SearchBackLink=). De finns bara i naturfärgat, men 150 spänn kanske de kan vara värda.

Oh wow that's gorgeous and I have been looking for a pattern to make something just like that! I assume you didn't use a pattern?
Did you make the crinoline too or was that something you already had?
The colors are beautiful and I love it with those shoes (and tights!).

Nope, no pattern - it's just a straight piece gathered to a waist band. I think it's 2 metres wide, or there about. The crinoline was bought at a swedish clothes chain and intended to be a visible skirt. It's not as puffy as most you find on line, but it's okay. I want a white one too though.
