It's finished

frualeydisExcept that I don't have any elastic for the waist at home the tulle petticoat is finished. It was frustrating at times, but not too frustrating. It could have been fuller, but It's nice to have a less extreme petticoat too - if I get tired of it I can always add en extra layer of tulle.
