Computer problems

We have had trouble with viruses, so we are in the process of running virus scans (done), re-formatting the computer etc. However, this might take some time. See you in a couple of days.

Start running Linux and you don't run into many problems like that. Then again I am a big geek.

One thing you may want to consider if you are not already doing it is run spybot and adaware. Both can be downloaded and work really well. If/when my MS Windows boxes start slowing down I run those and things usually start running better.
